I just purchased my second phone and line from the Ottawa Rd Verizon. I purchased my 1st from Lambertville store, which I deviated from the Ottawa store, where I bought previous ones, but I live very close to that one. What a mistake. It’s been a year and I am still upset at the service I received there. I bought my phone and the girl was only interested in selling the phone. She did not and could not transfer my phone pic and files. Sure she copied my contacts, but that’s all she knew how to do. I ended up losing all my years of pics and info for good. I learned my lesson. The Ottawa Rd guys know their stuff. I would never recommend Lambertville store unless you don’t care about what is on your old phone. I wll keep coming back to the Ottowa Rd for all my needs.
Zachary and David were more than helpful when I came in with phone issues. My experience at this store was amazing and I promise to only visit this Sprint store. Amazing, friendly service!
I've been with VZ for a very long time and I have never had such poor customer service as I've had recently with the store at 6710 W. Central Ave. I used to love this store and the people that worked there. Their customer service has gone down hill. TWICE I've been lied to by sales people here. The manager's lack of follow through makes me question how he remains in his position. He promised to research my issue and call me back. He never did. After posting on FB, many many people told me this is not uncommon for this location. If you want to be lied to with piss poor customer service than this is the store for you. Otherwise, I suggest you stay away from this location.

Went out with an old phone to have reconnected for my daughter. Was told I would not be able to do that & would have to buy a new phone. I ended up buying a $35 phone & the $35 activation fee. Clerk told me it would only costs $10 a month & she would be on mine & my wife's minutes & text message plan. Next month I received bill. Got charged for my daughter minutes & text messages plus $10 fee. I printed out bill & took it in & confronted same clerk. He proceeded to tell me it was his fault & that he did not really go into my account check to see whether my daughter would be on it or not. He really didn't fix it or try to appease me in anyway. After a few choice words with BRENDAN, I left the store. A week later I got a personalized postcard in the mail thanking me for my business & for any referrals I could give him. Talk about a slap in my face. Today I went to verizon wireless in Sandusly & they told me they could activate an old phone from my account & they wondered why the clerk in the Bellevue store would not do this. Plus he left the overage charges on the bill I presented to him that he said he took off my bill.????!!!! Very dishonest business practicing at the Bellevue Verizon Wireless Store. Thx you Sandusky Verizon for fixing things & being so gracious.
These folks will go out of their way to help, they are knowledgeable and replaced my phone as a manufacturer's defect so I wouldn't have to file and insurance claim and pay my $100 deductible. GO SEE THEM, they are the best!!!!!!
