Went to lunch at Chubby's last Wednesday had their Deli grinder sandwich. It was excellent and the fries where warm. It was served in a timely manner, will definitely be back for lunch
Had a hair in my food service was poor took forever to get refills boo toilet paper in women's rest room and ketchup was empty on our table and another couple sitting next to us and chese sticks were cold
Chuck's hosted our company Christmas party this year for about 40 people. The food and service were top notch!
Amazing Bar and people all around! Quite but not to quite. Good selection of beer and liquor and an awesome patio that is heated!
Placed an order for 3 steaks and 3 burgers, and all of them but 1 were either burnt or over cooked.
A beautiful venue for any occasion. Very friendly and helpful management.
Entered the restaurant and first impression was how dirty everything was. The floor was a mess and looked like it hadn't been swept in over a week.. and who knows how long since it had been mopped. All the furnishings were old and dreary. Seemed like if they had just delayed opening one more week they could have polished and shined the light fixtures, stripped and stained the bar, and cleaned up the chairs and tables. Very old and worn furnishings. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Menu was rather limited, but probably okay for a bar/club. Appetizers were very tasty - especially the jalapeno poppers, and were 1/2 off during happy hour. Great deals on drinks, although we ordered soda. For our meal we ordered Betty salads because the menu just didn't offer up what we were looking for. The salads were not appetizing to look at. The lettuce was wilted and all of the ingredients looked like they had been soaking in the dressing for a long time. It didn't taste bad.... but it didn't taste fresh either. In addition, they had replaced the bean sprouts with onions. For a die-hard Betty's Salad fan... that was just NOT cool. Pricing was average. Mostly disappointed in the grubby/dirty appearance. Perhaps they figure since it's a bar... a couple of drinks and you wouldn't notice?
Ordered the Cuban because I don't often find it on a diner-like restaurant menu. It was amazing! The pork and ham tasted great and the mustard had just the right amount of spice, in combination with the tangy pickles and brioche bun--this sandwich is a winner! Ordered the truffle fries and they were equally as amazing. The service was fast and friendly. The kids enjoyed their hotdogs and hamburgers. And greg's mom even chatted with us. You can tell they really care about their diners. No complaints!
Cuban sandwich and truffle fries, the best I have had in Toledo. Now remodeled open kitchen made me feel at home. Staff and food put Greg's Grill on my circle of often visited Toledo resturants.
A great escape from the chain-restaurants and mega-sports bars. Great food, genuinely friendly atmosphere and serving toledo for 50 years. Every day is a different special, my favorite is their home made buffalo wings and homemade potato chips.
