Worst service ever. Waited 2hrs for our food to be delivered and it never was. Told them just to keep the money because they couldn't refund it which didn't make sense. Marco's is ALOT better anyways and I will never order from Rivals ever again.
SorrenMobs They don't deliver far but their pizza is great stone oven. Quality toppings Went their with rubert punkin last week after a few bowls. Have to say it hit the spot, has real old world italian stone oven pizza. Secret location in toledo only delivers to the upper east side italian part. Motta Beni Tutti Fruti!! 5 STARS Worth picking up
I love their pizza because it's always fresh and hot as well as delicious when we order it's the deluxe or the Hawaiian pizza the sandwich are good as well if you looking to explore I've have ordered their chef salad and ceasar before well worth the price you would pay anywhere else their is the best you should try it I never been inside the restaurant it's usually ordered over the phone so yes I highly recommend them!
We should have known when nobody was in there after a walleye game that something is wrong. We should have left. We waited over an hour to get food that came from a box. We'll know next time when the place is across the street from an 8000 seat venue and its empty .to...stay ...away.sorry. but when you advertise deep dish Chicago style pizza and we get bread with ketchup ..comeon. thanks but no thanks
Just got the loaded crazy bread bites...I should have known when I asked clerk about them, and he picked one of the three boxes in the warmer up; then said "these might be expired", then scanned it saying 'no, it's good'...they weren't gonna be all that... But, you know, I just got sucked by the ad... They were (not all) covered in that nasty orange velveta type cheese... The bacon was untasteable since the 'cheese' was so overpowering... The worst thing was THEY WERE WET! Gross! Not sure if it was condensation, or what, but there was a lot of liquid in the bottom of the plastic tray--disgusting! Save your $4--better yet, spend the extra $1, and get a hot n ready pizza which is a much better deal, and certainly tastes better!
Waiting in line behind a very rude lady when i was overlooked by cashier and he started waiting on other customers
Love this location, their always friendly, courteous and fast service, pizza's are always delicious!
Update your online menu! We were all set and hungry for an item an it was not on the menu any more. Bummer!
Food has always been good, but this review is for the worst customer service I've ever had. I ordered several items online for delivery (confirmation #39). It was promised to be delivered by 5:40 p.m. I received a phone call at 6:03 saying that the delivery driver was lost and that I would not be receiving any food at all. I asked to speak with the manager and she said the same thing - I wouldn't be receiving any food at all because they were too busy. Guess what, so am I and I had already waited about an hour an a half. The manager said that I could come in to the store sometime next week to pick up a coupon. REALLY???!! My order should have been made a priority and delivered to me as soon as possible, but all I got out of the manager was that I wasn't going to receive any food at all and that I could go out of MY WAY to pick up a coupon. That is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I totally get that the driver got lost, but to be told that I'm not going to get any food delivered is simply ridiculous and uncalled for. Original Gino's has lost me as a customer and I will make sure that my experience this evening will be put out there as a review in all websites I can find. Unbelievable.
I've been a loyal customer for years, but about a year or two ago, things changed. The quality of food has gone down and the customer service has never been the same. Perfect example, tonight my family ordered delivery. They quoted 20-25 min. 65 min later our food showed up, and it wasn't correct. My wife ordered Kung Pow Chicken. On the menu it says it comes with steamed rice, but it came with fried rice, which my wife doesn't like. When she called back to say something, but person who answered says, we don't have steamed rice. My wife says your menu said it came with steamed rice. The person from Wing Station says well it doesn't. No I'm sorry, no what can I do to fix this, just we don't have it. My wife didn't even eat her dinner. Also, I ordered the spring rolls, and I don't know what we got, but they weren't spring rolls. Again, I live one block away and used to eat there about twice a month, but after the last few experiences we've had, chances are we won't be back again.
