I live in Pittsburgh, PA and called the store asking if I could buy a gift certificates over the phone because I wanted a friend of mine from Toledo to purchase some items for his birthday party . The manager of the store, I was told was named Tony, took my credit card information, phone number, and asked for my last four digits of my social security number. The following day my friend from Toledo stopped by the Manhattan Liquor Agency store and was accused by Tony of being part of a scam and is a crook. My friend told this Tony guy that the person he got the credit card information from was legit and she chose your store because the Internet listed Manhattan Liquor Agency as a store close to the University of Toledo. My friend even presented his driver's license and business card to the store owner/manager. The manager refused to serve my friend and was very rude. The manager should have never taken my information, list his business on the Internet, or be in business, if he does not know how to serve the public.
