I have been a patient there for a few years and everytime I went I waited 30-45 minutes after my appointment time to even get called back. But I hate changing doctors and they were close so I stuck it out. Recently my husband lost his job, so we have no insurance. I went to the hospital with kidney stones. I called after leaving the hospital to see if they had any idea where I could get my surgery done that I needed when I had no insurance. They finally got back to me to tell me no they really didn't know. Ok fine. Now my antidepressant and blood pressure meds are running out and I need a 3 month script to get a discount on them. I call and Doctor Francis tells me that he can't do anything without seeing me since it has been a few months. I already told them I had no insurance and they won't cut me a break on the cost either. Its nice to know that your doctor really cares.. They are very unfriendly and I wouldn't take my dog to them.
