        Employees like to text (two gals were present), so no wonder restaurant was dirty and tables and booth seats were sticky, and there was no one but one other customer present.

        I do not think there was a manager in house, If I had been the manager, two people would have been out of work. If one of those gals was the manager...Horton's should better revamp their hiring practices.
