I love Dr Heenan he is amazing and is very gentle, my only concerns are, they are larger now than when i first started going and have other dentist i have not seen. Even though i have not seen the other dentist this was experience they called me to move my appt up and i waited in the waiting room for more than 20 mins when all i needed was antibiotic, when i got to the room the lady had no idea what i was there for and was going to Xray the incorrect tooth another lady comes in and advise i just need medicine well Dr Heenan was busy so they nurse lady asked can you ask the other doctor and the nurse returned to the room and said he would not sign the script that Dr Heenan needed to do it.... like it was a huge deal i have work to be done next week and i am so nervous that Heenan will not be doing the work he truly is the best if you can get in with him i strongly suggest it. the nurses were not the usual ones i normally see and they seemed a little confused which made me nervous
