It’s of the utmost importance to us that you feel comfortable and confident in the attention and treatment your child is receiving. The range of services we provide in the home includes wound care, oxygen and chronic pain management, complex medical and surgical care, intravenous administration of antimicrobial medications, as well as other services including chemotherapy, parenteral nutrition, nasogastric or enterostomy feedings.

Wound Care
Wound Care: We conduct dressing changes, wound vac therapy, assess wound healing and identify signs of infection. We will also provide dressing supplies and order wound vacs when necessary.
Hip Replacement
I had a hip replacement and Ohioans sent Nurse Tiffany, PT person Julie, and Erin to help me recover. They are the very best, awesome, friendly, kind people; it made recovery much easier. I’m doing so much better. So glad they were sent to help me and I am grateful. Thank you again for all you did.

Ulcer
I needed home visits for about 6 weeks for blood draws and nutrition through a picc line during my recovery from a bleeding ulcer. The home nurse, Jennifer was very helpful both with the TPN/picc line training and teaching me how to properly maintain the picc line during and between treatment. I was able to do my medication through the picc line on my own after a few days, and it seemed overwhelming when I first started. Jennifer was very helpful through the whole process. I would strongly recommend Ohioans HHC to anyone needing home health care.

Physical Therapists

Physical Therapy
You’ll need to increase your protein consumption during rehabilitation. Eating plenty of protein and complex carbs several hours before physical therapy and again 15 minutes before your session will give your muscles the necessary nutrients to rebuild.
Occupational Therapy
“Outstanding home health care! My wife is a cancer and ilieostomy patient and has received Ohioans Home Health Care for three+ months. The care included both home physical and occupational therapy, as well as home nursing. I can’t say enough good things about all the services they have provided. They were very professional, compassionate as well as extremely knowledgeable in each if their capacities. We recently came to Florida for a few months, and are in the process of getting home health care here since Ohioan does not cover this area, and I can only hope it as good as what we received in Ohio. I highly recommend this company.”
