Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The guy helping me was great, super fast service. I would rate five stars but the car they gave me smelled so badly of smoke it gave me a migraine. I understand there's probably not much you can do if someone hot boxes your rental but it was truly intolerable. And I'm not a complainer! It's a bummer that people treat the cars that way but they need to figure out how to clean the smell out before giving it to someone else.

I've been renting from enterprise for years and I think the company is a great company to rent from wonderful supervisor they treat the customer with respect I will always go to enterprise great job specially to the downtown area up Toledo Ohio

I am very pleased with the vehicle upgrade and Rico was very sweet and treated me like I was the most important person. Thanks you and definitely I will return.
