This review is based on the customer service of Claudie's Hair Revitalizer. I ordered a product for the first time and I used PayPal to pay for my order. My money was refunded the next day without explanation. I just figured maybe the online store was closed as it is periodically. When I tried to order again later I discovered my email address had been blocked by Claudie's.

I sent an email asking why I received a refund and if PayPal was not longer accepted and received no response. I looked under the legal information on the site and it says Claudie's can deny you service for any reason without an explanation, which is strange to me. The only reason I can think of is that my shipping address was not the same as the billing address (which PayPal allows). Claudie's may have thought that I was making a fraudulent purchase. That is fine but a professional business should clearly state all requirements for placing an order. I know of similar businesses that tell you if you have to ship to your confirmed billing address.

I feel as if Claudie's had no respect for me as a customer because I was totally ignored. I know their policy supports this but it is very disrespectful to treat a customer this way who is only trying to place an order. Even if I got an email saying that Claudie’s did not feel comfortable shipping to the neighborhood that I live in I would be okay with that. At least I would be acknowledged. I just want others to be aware of how they may be treated.
