Advance Spa Service

This business seems very busy, having to service equipment in their shop, respond to new and old customers requests for remote service and repair work.
In my case, I had leaking gate valve which required major surgery to remove and replace.
"Buddy" came to my location and see the issue firsthand. We discussed options for repair and I was given a required parts list and a not to exceed price for everything. Once parts were available and there was an opening in his schedule Buddy came back to complete the work. He was successful and I have a spa that does not leak and runs like new. End price was even lower than the estimate.

Have called and texted 6 times to get an appointment for repair to our hot tub. When speaking to Buddy, I was told he’d be out that same weekend, and he would text me when on his way. Nothing. Since then, I’ve texted and called and all Buddy says is he’s got to work us into his schedule. Two weeks have passed and I still have not heard from him. I guess I need to try to contact someone else.

Buddy and his associate were very professional when they came out to fix our hot tub in March. We got a quote from another company before they had even came out to see the tub. Buddy came out and found the problem then quoted us for half of what the other company quoted us. Some rain understandably delayed the repair by a few days but the work was done in a few hours and when the repairs ended up costing them double the quote they only charged us what they quoted us! True professionals who care about their customers’ satisfaction! They even changed out our stripped screws for brand new heavy duty ones. We are so impressed with Advance Spa and will use them for any issue we have going forward.

Buddy told me it was $85 to come out. I asked if they didn’t have a part what they would do. He said they would put a heater in the unit to keep it warm get the part come back and put it in. Nothing was said about additional charges. I would think if someone was a hot tub repair they would have parts to fix things. He told me where I could go get the part and if I wanted he would charge an additional hundred dollars to put it in. This was never told to me upon our initial conversation. So instead of having my hot tub fixed he figured out what was wrong and that was that. I called him after he left realizing there wasn’t a whole lot done and he said he must of forgot to mention what I had just said here. Then he started talking in circles to try to make it sound right. I asked why he would charge $100 to come back to put in the part and he said that was a labor charge. I asked him why he would charge $100 if it was so easy to do and he said it would take him probably an hour and a half labor. So nothing he said made any sense. So I would suggest if one were to use this company to have them for thoroughly explain their billing process. I would never use them again. It’s pretty easy to take my money and say he must of forgot to explain things to me.

Buddy came out right away. He repaired what was needed and was able tell us how to best maintain our hottub. We liked his no nonsense approach and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Buddy and his crew went above and beyond for us. We inherited a busted hot tub that was beyond hope and they came in and saved the day. We can't recommend them enough! They certainly got us in hot water!

Buddy and his guys did an outstanding job repairing my spa. Cannot say enough about the attention to detail and the quality of their work. Highly recommend!
