I moved into a property from this company on 1/22/2018 and so far I haven’t had good experiences. I heard bad things about this company but decided to give them a chance. I get a section 8 voucher so my rent is paid on time every month. The day after moving in I seen a roach. So I called and eventually the exterminator came and put traps down. Which they have done every month now. That’s all they do is put traps down no spray nothing. So while the exterminator was there they seen a bed bug on my kid bedroom door. But we weren’t getting bit so I figured it was just one wondering from another apartment. False. They looked around and didn’t see anymore so they let it go. This was within a month of me moving in. So I called and told the manager that there were bed bugs in the stairs in the hallway and nothing was done. So I found bed bugs in my brand new bed that I have now thrown away, I had stuff in my storage unit that I just put in my apartment not knowing there was bed bugs in it. All of mine and my kids beds and everything are brand new and will now probably have to be thrown away. So i put in an order and waited for the call which when he called he stated my bed bug order was put in 3 months ago and he didn’t know why it wasn’t taken care but he would email them... this was almost 3 weeks and nothing.. so I go to the office to get a copy of my lease and bring up the bugs and she states I might want to call my property manager and set up a payment plan for treatment.... but I’m confused..... why am I paying for treatment for something that was ALREADY IN MY APARTMENT? my lease isn’t up until January and I’m considering getting a lawyer and breaking my lease and getting my deposit back. I’m beyond frustrated. I’m not a dirty person and I will definitely not be living with bed bugs. After being homeless for 6 months this is not how I wanted my living environment to be. I’ve heard nothing but awful things about this company and now I’m believing them.. I am ready to move away and not deal with this company again.
Great food and service. Check it out, inside is better than the outside. Don't judge a book by its cover. We will be back.
Do not move in here. We have lived here for almost a year and I regret renewing our lease. We have had things broken since the day we moved in that never got fixed. Things that did get "fixed" broke almost immediately because of shotty workmanship on the part of the maintenance team. The office workers are grossly negligent of their renter's requests, and communication between the departments is terrible. I have on multiple occasions went in to find a head manager, only to find out they were out of the office indefinitely- on a weekday, during normal working hours. I have tried to set up appointments with management, only to never receive a call.If you want your life to be nothing but a headache with a rental that will continue to fail you, choose Spring Hollow. If you want to enjoy personable staff who care about their end of the leasing agreement, choose literally anywhere but here.
This was our first visit here but we will be back. Tyler was an awesome server and the food was great. Give this place a try, you'll be very pleased.
You have been warned by others. Run, run, run. Horrible management. You will be dealing with leaks, horrible air conditioning (won't reach upstairs), water stains on ceilings, check your oven before you move in. Even if you don't use it because it doesn't work they will charge you for cleaning it when you leave. Take pictures of what you can, because they will put it on you. Take picture of when you got there, then take pictures of when you leave, they are running a scam.
Absolutely HORRIBLE to rent from!!! They offer a discount in the beginning with so many promises!!! CAREFUL though they are ALL false!!! and before you know it you're responsible for EVERYTHING no matter how little or long you've been there!!! Including new exit signs and HVAC systems!!!! Its absolutely ridiculous for the amount of rent you pay!!!!
If you ever have intentions of apartment/condo shopping ever, STAY AWAY from Spring Hollow on Holland-Sylvania near Kohls. The management is terrible, the maintenance is lazy and unorganized, and they are too expensive for what they are worth. Oh, and hidden fees everywhere. I immediately regretted moving into the place. And I still have another 9 months left!! HORRID!
Do not rent there. Do not even waste another minute looking at it. And in fact I would not wish this place on my worst enemy.
This Company operates under integrity and very professionally. They make sure that your Machines are up to code by providing a thero preventative maintenance cleaning and as for your restaurants grease traps...they come out every three months to clean out the Traps and make sure they are Sanitised properly!!I give this Company an A +!!
