We recently ordered a patch from this company and never recieved it. I made numerous calls to the business to resolve issue but was given a different answer every time. First he said they would send out another one, then we were to wait several days because the post office "holds" mail and it is just taking longer than usual. On the fourth phone call, I asked to have my money refunded and he said "no problem, we will get it out today." After several more days, and another phone call, I got another story about him being at the corporate office and they will refund promptly. After another week, still nothing. Please do not order from this company if you want to get what you pay for.

I would strongly advise going with another company, any company even if they're in another State!! I called at least 3-4 times over a course of 2 days before anybody even answered the phone and they don't even have an answering machine for when they don't answer (during normal business hours.) I finally spoke with "Norm" and I explained in great detail what I was seeking...A company to make some leather patches for me for a very important upcoming event across the country in less than a few weeks. Norm said that he would be able to make patches that I requested and to email him over the files.I sent emailed the files immediately upon hanging up. I waited approximately 4 hours and then called them, to no avail. The following day, I called them again and Norm answered the phone. He said he never received my email so I re-sent it while on the phone. He then received it and said he would be able to do this for me but not embroidered which I was fine with. I was to receive an email quote that day...I never heard back! It's now going on 5 days since I've interacted with this company and I still don't even have a quote. I had to cal them again today and "Norm" answered the phone. I immediately stated who I was and asked if he was the only worker there. He said no. I requested to speak with somebody else since he refuses to help me and doesn't want my business. I said that I explained on the phone and in email on multiple occasions how this was a time sensitive issue and he hasn't even sent a quote let alone started working on them...He replied, "Jason. This is My business. Have a good day." That's how he runs a business?? I would stay as far away from this business as possible!
