Always have the right part, you don't need to go to the internet and wait 4 days. They triple check to make sure what you are buying is what you need (they do have a no return policy on electronics, mostly because those are easy for a DIYer to break permanently and then try to return). Great folks, helped me out of a jam more than once.

Called about part they Saif they had it went and took picture to be sure. Bought the item was told it was interchangeable. Went home and it lasted only a few days. Come to find out the part wasn't for a furnace at all it was for a hot water heater. Called them today after I bought the right part from somewhere else. They don't understand why I didn't want to come back to their store. After all I was sold the wrong item and it's a 45 minute drive.
Called to get price on part, seemed like I was bothering them, guy was rude on the phone. They didn't tell me until after I bought it that even though it was a stock item there is no returns on electrical, even if you don't take it out of the box. Never heard of that, I expected a restocking fee but if there is no return on an item they should tell you BEFORE they take your money. Same part online available for 1/2 price. Bad service, won't be back.
