My car was covered with bugs from a previous night time drive. I stopped at this place a few nights ago. I put $8 in the automatic car wash machine and drove into the car wash bay. The car wash did nothing - it didn't start up, didn't spray, etc... I left a note in the mailbox on the office door and still have not gotten my money back. If I don't hear from the owner pretty soon I'm going to file a report to the Better Business Bureau. I hope that this owner handles this in a mature and responsible manner...
Brush grabbed our rear wiper and left pieces of brush entangled in wiper, and damaged wiper and car emblem. Went to facility to make a claim within 24 hrs. Manager name Shawn called and MEYERS carwash will not fix our damage. They don't even put plastic bags over rear washer. Don't get your vehicle washed at this facility here in Toledo on central ave.
Had my car detailed in Maumee. They did not wash the windows on the inside, and the car is filthy after one light rain, not something I have EVER had after my car is waxed (as it should have been with the detailing). The dirt will stream off after a proper waxing. Disappointed with their rush job.
Disgusting customer service. A customer behind me started honking at me, and ran up to tell me he watched my taillight get damaged during a wash. At first I was promptly taken care off by an older gentleman at the newer Russ on secor (near taco bell). Instructed me the steps, caring and understanding (HE NEEDS TO REPLACE MIKE). Was told I need to speak to Mike. After meeting with Mike the next day, I was told, given Mike's very expert advice (that's sarcasm) that tail lights are apparently glued on to cars (you know, not the bolts or clips that are clearly damaged as I tried to show him). Since he claimed it was glue, he said "see ya" (I kid you not). I'm not sure in what world car companies get away with glueing on tail lights, but I'm quite sure Lincoln does not glue an entire tail light to a SUV metal car (funny enough, Mike was not able to show me where the glue was that held the tail light on). Based on the other reviews here, I can see I'm not the only one and Russ has done nothing about this. Very disappointed. Customer for over two years with their highest paid monthly plan and this is how I'm, and apparently others on this page, are treated. Russ had the chance to make it right (I never screamed, got upset, or acted like the world owed me anything), but failed to make it right which is when Mr. Nice Guy no longer works. I will be sure to share the word about my experience today, but more importantly how you had the chance to make it right and failed epically. Next stop is my lawyer.
Went through their auto wash and it damaged my car. Tried calling them at the phone # listed and it goes to a fax machine. if I dont get a reply, the next call is to the BBB.
I saw him on FB, saw many pictures of before and afters. I knew my bike looked good from a distance, but I wanted it to look awesome up close too. I was a little unsure at 1st, but I am SOOO glad I had him work on the bike.... it's a 1997 honda magna.... I bet it looks better now than even when it was brand new. I don't think I can say enough of how well the bike turned out. The products he uses have already worked because I have accidentally dropped my keys on the gas tank and they slid down... and not a mark. I very highly recommend them for service to anything that he could do. Cars, vans, boats, trailers, bikes... u name it. I am way beyond happy how it turned out!!
Grimey, waste of time and money! Got a price to fix some burns and scratches and detail the inside. Was told it would take 2 hours total. Was there 5 hrs 1st day to do half the detail job. They said they didn't have the paint to do the burns and scratchs and I should come back and they would buy the supplies. I called them 3 days later and they said they had the paint to do the job. Another 5 hrs later they said they didn't have the paint or dye and told me to come in next week and go buy the paint and they will touch up the burn holes but the scratches in the interior were to deep so they weren't going to even try (they had already agreed after seeing it and I had already paid for the job.) I had to tell them to detail the glove comportment and the trunk and every where I didn't specifically tell them to detail they didn't touch even though I had paid for a full inside and out detail. After telling me to come back a third time after buying the supplies that they had told me they already bought. And they would do half the job I paid for I gave up and decided I would have to do the car myself or find a legit business to do it.
I have visited your carwash every since you have been open in Toledo. I would swear by your service but today i was very disappointed. Now my wash was okay, but i could not find a vaccuum that worked they all were broken. You only had one attendant working i know it was getting close to closing but i felt my service was lacking because i could. Not vaccuum my car out and then when i pulled out i looked up and you sign was ragged. Mot what i am use to and the washes are not cheap... Hope you get it together by next wash, don't want to look elsewhere.
I came here to get a in & out and was told they weren't doing insides of cars today. This place is the highest priced car wash in Toledo and people like me are still loyal customers. I've never been to a car wash that turned you down to get your inside cleaned unless the vacuums were broke. As much as you charge how can you not do the inside?
I think they have the best package in town for 16 dollars they wash out side (handwash)hit my rims an tires vac out inside hit my Windows an dressed my dash an they have a dollar spay wax that shines it up nicely must try them out just a hand car wash 6 dollars least try that can't beat it
