Negative rating! I took my coat to be dry cleaned and picked it up. It was not cleaned, didn't have a clean smell to it at all. I called to complain, He company did not offer to actually clean the coat or give a refund. This is the second time this has happened. Poor service and rude.

My tailor took my gown there to be cleaned after having done some alterations. She received the gown back with a note pinned to it... "Tore the dress in the machine. Sorry" That was it. No other explanation or offer of compensation to fix it. I'll never take anything to this place and my tailor won't take things there again either.
