Toledo, OH Checker Cab Co

Quick. But could not keep a consistent speed... felt car sick after. Turned on radio because I was on the phone conducting business. Rolled down the windows and messed up my hair for a big meeting. NOT A GOOD WAY TO START THE DAY!!!!

I was a regular rider with this company. Most of the times, the owner, John would pick me himself. I always paid my fare in cash. I never had a problem paying my fare. The last time I rode with John, he told me he would give me a discount, I agreed to it. When I got to my destination it took a little longer than I had planned, but I thought that since I was able to pay my fare at whatever total it would have been, I was shocked when I came out and John was gone. I called him and he told me he did not have time to sit and wait on me. I had to wait 2 hours for another cab company to pick me up. I will never use John's company again. The only reason I'm giving 1 STAR is because it won't let me choose NONE in order to post this review.

Awful cab company to deal with. Their drivers have no concept of location or time. 2 hours waiting and a no show. Use at your peril.

We have used them a few times and for the most part it has always been great. The drive was very nice the people on the phone were helpful and friendly. They came and got us after Black & White gave our cab away.

I've never used this company before but the lady was completely rude on the phone and told me it would be 35 minutes. I waited over an hour and when I called back she had an attitude as if I were the one who were at fault. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

called & informed that I would not be ready for pickup until 2:00 PM, was told they would be here at 2:00. I said no problem if later, just call or text me... at 1:59 I went to door and saw cab driving away, I called main number back & he was mad & rude that I was not outside, said he didn't know if cab would come back or not & hung up while I was trying to apologize... waited at door another 5 minutes & no show.

Terrible service! I've used this company a few times and it was awful. First of all the guy working the dispatch is rude and seems as if you are being an inconvenience to him. Then you get told 15-20 mins...haha haha more like 90mins!! Then when I called to ask where this cab was, I was interrupted and told almost there. 35 mins later a driver shows up. Ridiculous!

Please don't list that you are 24 hours when you will not answer phone calls at 8 am.
