We were very pleased with our service from Kim when we purchased our iPad. She was professional, informative, knowledgeable, and courteous. We will use the Maccafe for any future Apple purchases.
I stopped in for tech service and must admit I walked out very impressed with the patience and professional service of the store. I had questions and they were answeredas well as the upgrading of my computer and Ipad. They were interested in assisting me with my problems and answering questions. I felt relaxed in the dialogue that I had with the store reps. and would definitely recommend the store to others. I want to sincerely thank them for their time and assistance.
Very low rating for this Apple store. Had horrible experience with a brand new Mac I had in my possession for 5 days. While the deemed the unit defective, they were super nasty to me because I purchased the computer elsewhere.They never even called me back to let me know my computer was defective. They were going to ship it out for repairs and never even contacted me first. I was easily able to get a full refund for the defective unit from the original seller. Paul -the tech I dealt with-actually was hiding when I came over to get my defective computer back. In addition, the owner of the store is suoer unfriendly and treated me like a bother in the past, even though I have spent alot of money at his store. Definitely advise Mac owners to go to the Michigan based Apple store in Ann Arbor where they treat you great as opposed to this crummy place.
