Stay away if you abide by the rules and like a quiet and peaceful environment. Management is very unprofessional and hides from problems existing on property. Moving in we had to sign an "addendum"stating basically we would be good tenants and not bother or alienate our neighbors. And certain offenses listed on the addendum if continued is supposedly followed by an eviction. Well, since transferring to our two bedroom from a one bedroom we have constantly been surrounded by what could be considered a "hostile" environment. Our neighbors have been constantly violating certain key points listed on the so called addendum, which has been reported multiple times. After nothing was done and it was inquired about, we were told all complaints had to be listed on a formal complaint letter,provided by the office. Mind you, this is happening in the same building that the supposed "property manager" lives in. But, apparently if she doesn't see it between her 100ft drive between her apartment to the office (and vice versa) it doesn't exist. Also mind you, the 100ft drive between office and apartment is the most she visually checks the "goings on" the property. The office hours (9AM to 3PM / Mon-Fri) are set up so that anyone with an actual day job is unable to sit down face to face to discuss issues. Anything outside that timeframe she basically is not to be bothered. If you are actually able to see her during that time, be prepared to have an extra set of ears there, because she will usually have a tenant sitting in there to keep her company and usually not asked to leave while business is taking place. If there is a serious issue that needs to be dealt with, either tenant or staff, she prefers to have another manager from a sister property to come in and handle it, from what can only be viewed as avoiding being perceived as the bad guy. This is the first place I have stayed where there is actual "Absentee-On Site Management". If you are desperate, then this is definitely the place for you.
