        Overall

        We had a very poor experience with Filichia. His mistakes, oversights, and misleading responses cost us a lot of money. And to top it off, when we complained, he sued us. If you like being sued, pick Filichia. He might just sue you, too.

        This was the best I have ever been treated by an insurance agency. The Nationwide Car insurance was low cost and the staff really took care of me.
