I have had many experiences here. They have all been extremely positive. Don't waste your time anywhere else.

Purchased a bow from O.E. Had some mechanical issues couple yr later which were manufacturing problems . They promptly addressed my problem , had my bow with complete new head installed and me back in woods in two days! Great customer service ...Thanks to all the team at O.E and good to know they stand behind there products , and have integrity to care and resolve issues not even their direct cause after the sale! Pride , Honor , Integrity , Principals this country was built on . Sadly becoming a thing of the past it seems with most retaliers but still alive at O.E. in tipp!

I had bought a brand new ar m&p 15 the day before Christmas at this store. i shot 240 rounds threw rifle and worked flawlessly. Field stripped to clean and retainer for buffer and spring came out, due to buffer tube needing adj. no biggy right. i went back down there to inform them of process/quality of buffer tube assembly not being set correctly (the buffer tube should just cover edge of retainer.) i took rifle back on 2-14-2015 to have it adj. correctly. 1 guy there put the pin back in with spring holding the buffer back and released it and smiled back at me after asking why i took it apart the far... i replayed to clean it... pressed in on buffer and pin shot out w/ spring... they did adj it for me, but after giving it back to me installed the stock was out of alignment w/ rifle. I was treated with zero professionalism, i will say one of the other workers there apologized for his disrespect.. needless to say i didn't go there to get a lecture on how to disassemble my rifle that he referred to as a gun when he handed it back to me.. and i won't be back. I've owned firearms for the past 20 yrs. also oef 5 vet.
