        Stay Away from Landmark in Tinley!

        Absolutely one of the worst businesses in the Tinley Park/Orland Park area. Please do not waste your time or money, especially if you are hard working, well to do people.The employees rushed the process from start to finish, which led to falsifying shipment dates, a delayed installation time, and to top it off not enough product to finish flooring our place. Although the job took an additional week to finish, the company charged the 2nd part of the payment to our credit card before the job was completed!! Furthermore, customer service (Nick and Alicia) proved to be appalling as these two main employees were rude, uncaring and flat out disrespectful. If you are looking for a pleasant experience, try somewhere else! Please take heed to my review!

        Nick Cinquepalmi and Landmark Flooring are truly a pleasure to work with. From my first meeting with Nick I was impressed with his level of knowledge and his truly caring to make sure that everyone he has contact with is completely satisfied with the service they receive from him. They don't make businesses like this any more. They know and understand the value of a happy customer and the referrals that will come from them. Wouldn't think of anyone else for floors for my home.         our family found out about Landmark Flooring when our neighbor was getting thier house done. We loved the product my neighbor had and went to see nick and his staff. We got a great deal and a beautiful product for a very reasonable price. I loved the fact that this was a family business and we were able to support local. Great job Landmark!!!

        I've had Landmark over three t...

        I've had Landmark over three times installing wood flooring throughout my home. First a small project of one bedroom.  The service was excellent and the installer was very good. The second time our dining and living room.  Different installer than the first, but the job also was done well.  The last time was installing the flooring in out hallway and master bedroom I asked for the first installer and again a great job.

        I used Landmark a fourth time to replace the carpeting in our family room.



        I have been very satisfied with their service, price, and time it took to install.  I would highly recommend them.

        I really can't say enough about the service and professionalism I received on my flooring project from Landmark Flooring. The pricing was within my budget and they managed to work around my hectic schedule. The quality of flooring is outstanding and it looks amazing! I would highly recommend Landmark to all my friends and family!!
