I recently went there for a city sticker that the young lady behind the counter misinterpret to a plate sticker. After 30 min of her telling me to double check this and that to ensure the vin # matched what was in her system she says that my plate sticker does not expire until May. I told her I know that and I showed you a picture of a city sticker and that is what I need. She wanted toargue that she asked me such and such and I didn't feel like arguing so I told her if we can proceed as I'm tired and I want to get home. To my surprise she wanted to give me an attitude, yell, speak to me as a child throwing a tantrum. I was very surprised at how rude and obnoxious she was when it was clearly a misunderstanding on both of our parts. Our discussion, my call to Corp. and even this aweful review could have ALL been avoided if only she said either NOTHING at all or said it was a misunderstanding. But no this young girl wanted to balls up behind a thick window and provide me with a very unforgettable negative experience. I asked for the manager and to my surprise SHE IS THE MANAGER. I even looked to the last behind me and she was shaking her head as I said "this is unbelievable, I can not believe a manager is being confrontational with a customer infront of another customer and tell argue over a misunderstanding" the last behind me said and Customer Svc is getting worst. I agreed w her as her eyes widen when this immature little girl refused to give me her name bc she said that she does not give her name out for security purposes. I was baffled as she said she is the only one that works there any way as I asked for corp. # Now what can possibly cause a security breach by giving out a 1st name? This is unheard of. It was one of the most interesting moments in my years of existence. How dare she speak to me that way and want to get confrontational as a manager and infront of others. I called Corp and it was told to me that she should have given me her name. I'm glad I scanned my receipt to write a very hefty letter to Corp as they found out exactly who she is as there was initials on the receipt. I also directed them to the yelp reviews of the experience of others very similar to mine. Thank you JS for being one of the WORST managers in my life existence and you certainly need to be DEMOTED or FIRED. I will ALWAYS remember you and if you EVER come to my side looking for employment I will NEVER hire you even if they meant paying you $2.00 an hour as you are NOT even worth that.

I've had the worst experience today with the lady behind the counter with red hair and seems to be Latino. I've been receiving money for years through western union and she refuses to give me the money transferred to me because the sender did not put my middle initial! She was very rude multiple times I've been there and will never go back do to the disrespect and the difficult time I and my mother receive from her every time we go in.
Avoid this dump like the plague, and never come here. On August 6, 2013, I walked in to buy two money orders, saying not one thing which was wrong (I had rightfully complained about the worthless lunatic behind the counter prior to this for being totally rude). The aforementioned woman (allegedly the manager, if you can humanly believe it) couldn't have been more bizarre or insane; she lied in saying I had harassed her, and badgered me endlessly about having me on tape and wanting to call the police on me, noting she had my license plate and was told to give me a "warning;" after later refusing to give me the owner's name, the lunatic continued to threaten to call the police, and urged me to call the cops to make her case "even stronger;" she needs to be fired and banned from the property, and to be ordered to a psychiatric evaluation at once.
