I Went and bought a car from them on a Wednesday and by Saturday of the same week I had to take it to their shop in Douglas I got told like 100 different things from everyone I explained I am self employed so I need my car I called and they told me it would be ready the same day then it went to the next day now they had to have a second opinion on what was wrong never again will I go back here or recommend them to anyone my car is my money
I purchased a vehicle from here. Within 2 weeks it has to go into their shop for a timing chain and other issues that was not clearing stated to me. Took them a week to come get the vehicle from Tifton and another week to fix it. After finally getting it back, everything seemed to be working. But only for a short time. Then it started to do the same thing again!!! Only this time the transmission started to slip, very badly!!! The ladies at Tifton automart are friendly and very understanding. I think they personally know what kind of crap is being sold from there! I highly recommend people go somewhere else! They sell their vehicles with no warranty. So when things need fixed and they do shortly after buying, they can charge you for it, on top of their high prices for a crappy vehicle!!! I'm a single mother who they took advantage of! Now after being out of thousands of dollars im letting this piece of crap go back to them because it's not worth the money!!!!
I called this company to let them know that they had an employee harassing me while on the job, and to let them know he was also on drugs,and he's doing them on the job. Brad Sutton is his name and it's only right that people know what kind of people are working on your vehicle here.
I bought a new vehicle in March. My father didn't get his referral check until June and that was only because of the MULTIPLE calls and emails I had to make. I later noticed that a previous lease fee of $800 and a dealership fee of $600 were financed into the cost of the car. When I sent an email asking about this I received a response of I know you have better things to do than go back and forth about a vehicle and other non essential crap I didn't ask for so I responded to the person to just answer the question. The response was this was for negative equity on my trade and a whole lot of other info I neither asked for nor wanted. Basically they were rude as I don't know what because of the wording of their contract and I ACTUALLY HAD THE NERVE TO ASK A QUESTION about something I didn't understand. I will NEVER refer anyone to this dealership because once the sale is done the professionalism and courtesy goes out the window. I still think I got ripped off. Since when is negative equity listed as previous lease fee on a contract?
We love this dealership! Our salesman, Keith Merrel, is outstanding! We cannot say enough good things about him. Corey Tenneson is a very nice and generous man. We had been negotiating for over a week with 5 Star in Albany and just for the heck of it we drove over to Tifton on a Saturday. That afternoon we drove home in a brand new 2012 Altima. Monday when we told the 5 Star salesman we were no longer in the market, the only thing he said was, Tenneson, right? We take our car back for regular tune-ups and feel like family each time we go in. This is our 3rd Altima and 5th Nissan over all. The brand is reliable and economical. We tell our friends & family to go see Keith at Tenneson and they will be treated right. We will definitely be back again.
We recently bought a car, three weeks ago to be exact! And we noticed a problem with it, took it back. they said it was just off balanced tires, turns out it was the motor mount. being as my car is still under manufactures insurance tenneson could not fix it, its sitting at prince chevy in tifton. my car is still under extended with tenneson, knowing i will not have a vehicle for a week, i have called multiple times just to get, "ill try to figure something out and call you back." guess what! no call back!! this is getting frustrating and im sick of not having a vehicle. i dont see why they would do this to valued costumers. they should just hand over a loaner car, i mean come on. ive only had the damn thing 3 weeks!! i will NEVER by another vehicle from them again, and i do not suggest them if you want good costumer service!!
