I ordered the fried conch and specifically asked for NO bread. I got home and bit into the conch......it was as tough as shoe leather and it was resting on not 1...but 2 pieces of bread...I bit into 8 pieces...none were edible. I called the restaurant and spoke to the person who cooked it (not sure if he is owner or just worker) and he had an attitude because I had a problem with TOUGH conch. I will NEVER order conch there .....dont know if I would go back to try anything else. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am going to try YELLOWTAIL in NARANJA. DO NOT GO TO YELLOWTAIL IN GOULDS. Very bad service.We use a table outside, the staff never come to clean and also the manager never show up.And finally one member of staff told me."Is very hard to clean move to another table"Unfortunately is the only table for a family (large size).I take pictures....
The food is good, but the manager is unbelievably rude and ineffectual. I ordered online to be delivered asap. BTW I live upstairs, so not far. An hour later I hadn't received my order. I called and she advised me that it had been ready for over 20 minutes and was for pick-up. I said that I did not understand the mix up but computers make errors and could she remake the sandwiches and deliver. She advised she would only remake them if I picked them up. I said that I didn't want old sandwiches and that I really liked the food but we were already in our pajamas. She said that wasn't her problem and that I had ordered pick up. The tone and wording was extremely rude and she absolutely refused to make it right in any way so I cancelled the order and wrote to corporate on the website. That was several days ago and I have not received any response what so ever to date. What a shame that a bad manager will cause such a problem.
They have a great variety of different foods food. The food is prepared daily and fresh, plus they have varieties of all sorts of natural juices. They have a very nice ambience, their employees are very customer service oriented and their prices are very reasonable. I literally go there anywhere between 3 to 4 times a week if not more, and I definitely recommend this place!
Best Philly Subs in Miami. I haven't found any other place with great subs like these. Better than Quiznos & Subway put together. Not even Charlie's can compete!

I went next door to Extreme Security and Sound for a sound system and Freddie said I needed to go to Tamiami Subs and have the sandwich named after him. He was completely right about the food! The service was Great and the place was clean.
Great place to get some cuban coffee and breakfast! I would highly recommend this place to everyone for breakfast, lunch or dinner!! Clean and really friendly and fast service!
