I have never had such a fun and stress-free experience purchasing a car, or any big item in fact. My husband has gotten his last few vehicles there and it's always a pleasant and wonderful experience. When it was time for me to get into a new car, there was no other place we wanted to go. If any family or friends are ready for their new vehicle, I will strongly direct them to Neftin and to Max. He really took care of me. I can't say enough great things about his customer service and his salesmanship. He took care of me, made me feel safe and that I had nothing at all to worry about. He knew he would make it happen for me. The process was extremely easy and stress-free. I can't tell you how relieving good customer service such as this can be. Everyone at Neftin was a joy and pleasure to work with. Max is fantastic and I look forward to a long-lasting relationship with him and the dealership.

I had to drop off my car earlier than anticipated and Frank couldn't have been more accommodating! He was friendly and pleasant and made me like I wasn't inconveniencing him. When I picked up my car my car was ready at the scheduled time. The guys in the service office greeted me immediately and radioed for my car to be brought up. I stood outside to wait and after a few minutes the guys inside noticed i was still waiting and contacted frank again. Frank arrived within minutes and had such a great attitude. He helped me connect my new phone and even called it to make sure it worked properly. Everyone made me feel like a valued customer and I wanted you to know I appreciate the A+ service.
Although the Ventura location is much closer, I would rather drive a little further to take my car in for service at Neftin Volkswagen. In taking my car in for service at both locations, I have found that Neftin Volkswagen provides FAR better customer service. In my experiences there, the service department has always been very friendly and completes the work during the time frame promised. My main dealings have been with John Garcia in which he has always been very friendly and helpful in answering any questions that I have had. Steve Pfeil took the time to explain to me exactly what had to be done to replace my rear view mirror, which had fallen off the windshield and actually had a technician demonstrate. Since I was due (overdue, probably) for an oil change, I arranged to have both jobs, the mirror and the oil) completed the very next day. When I dropped the car off, I asked that a third unrelated task (replacing a driver's door switch that had lost its' substandard VW "soft-touch" coating) also be undertaken. Steve and the Neftin service techs took this extra work in stride and still delivered my Touareg that same afternoon, as originally promised.
There are two main reasons we actually enjoyed our car purchase experience: (1) The car, which is exceptional for the money; and (2) Max Rozi, who is an outstanding sales consultant. He approached us in a friendly and genuine manner, clearly a man who enjoys his job and isn't looking to hustle anyone -- he wanted to present the lot's exceptional cars, which he truly believes in and is passionate about. He was neat and well-groomed (oddly, many salesmen are not), smiled broadly and had a warm presence. We was relaxed and willing to show us every car on the lot so that we would be confident in our choice.
There was some confusion about when I should bring in my vehicle for its very first inspection and I ended up with 7,000 miles on it before it was checked. Personnel at Neftin left no stone unturned (several phone calls clarifying the need for service) in making sure my Tiguan was attended to in a very timely way. I especially appreciate this attentiveness as I did not have it at my former dealership and instead used a private maintenance service to take care of warranty requirements. This has been a good start and I look forward to continued attentive service at Neftin.
The first contact with our sales rep, Cynthia V was so pleasant and no pressure. She was prompt in calling us after signing up for the Costco program. We felt that she tryly went out of her way to make sure everything we were requesting on the vehicle was there. She was so kind in answering all of our questions over the phone and via email since we were coming from out of town. She spent so much time with us after we arrived to pick up the vehicle explaining everything. We also received a lovely unexpected follow up call. She is truly the Mazda queen.
In the past year for various reasons I purchased 3 vehicles, two new and this one used. I dreaded purchasing a third one after the experience of buying the other two. After walking into Neftin I realized that for a change it looked like I was going to get a friendly salesperson who was knowledgable and surprisingly helpful with helping both myself and my daughter. The good service and good feeling continued all the way through the sales process and a brief followup visit. I would definitely recommend Neftin and enjoyed working with both Larry and MJ.
I was very disappointed when my 2010 Jetta Sportswagon TDI left me stranded in Burbank. I had the vehicle towed to Neftin VW in Thousand Oaks. Steve at Neftin took good care of my vehicle. he went the extra mile to talk to VW about the high pressure fuel pump that had metal shavings in it. VW did all the work under warranty and Steve did a great job explaining what happened and assuring me that it was very unusual. I was considering selling the vehicle and moving away from VW but thanks to Steve at Neftin I will be sticking with VW.
I was contacted in response to my most recent service survey, and wanted to share that he was very pleased with his experience at Neftin VW. Even though it was on a Saturday with limited services and very busy, the dealer kept him informed at all times what was happening with his vehicle and went over everything with him when the vehicle was done. The dealer personnel were very helpful and professional, as he loves his 2012 Golf, and his wife is thinking of purchase a new VW vehicle now as well.
