Champion Han's Shoe & Luggage Repair

He is very rude. I was first time customer and was asking how would he fix my luggage handle by gluing or swing it. He started to yell at me and telling me he has been doing it for 33 years and I shouldn't take his time. Crazy out of control man. I left and didn't want to give him my business. Also he has so much accent that you can't understand him but apparently he is as busy as Dr. And you are not allowed to ask him any questions. Do not go to him.

This man has a really bad attitude. If it wasn't for his wife who is very nice, he would be out of business

The owner efficiently and effectivly repaired the heels of my treasured suede boots in December. I was satisfied with the workmanship and the price. In response to the negative review of this shop on this post, I must say that yes prices of shoe repair have risen and yes Mr. Han has his own manner of doing business, one which I found very acceptable. In the Christmas spirit, Mr. Han gave me a lovely little gift in addition to repairing my shoes. I would recommend his work and him.

He is not a nice man. He has moved locations recently and the move seems to have made him even more angry and aggressive. He is overpriced and when you question his pricing he gets very aggravated. It's unfortunate because he does good work but the attitude and unprofessionalism simply is not worth it. Their are a lot of other shoe repair businesses that I am sure would be more pleasant and appreciative of my business and yours to.Time to move my business elsewere.
