On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate them a 12. They know what they are doing and they are honest and know what they are doing. I was taking my car for an estimate to an authorized Acura/Honda mechanic for replacement of a part and then to a Acura/Honda dealership and then to Hebron for the first time and was completely satisfied with their work and the price. From now on, Hebron is my auto repair and service garage.
I have a 2 year old & 4 year old that have been going to A New Generation for over a year now & we could not be happier! Their teachers are so great with them & my kids are always so happy when we pick them up in the afternoon. They are constantly learning new things and taking home the cutest art projects- a lot of hand & feet print projects which are so special to us! I feel like the teachers go above and beyond & are always having class parties & different activities for the kids. I also like the fact that they have an open door policy & welcome parents to drop in at any time. This is a family owned business and there is almost zero turn over with employees which says a lot in itself! Some of the ladies have been there over 20 years- a true testament to the business they are running. I also love the fact that my daughter was potty trained BEFORE her 2nd birthday. I am so thankful we heard about A New Generation (through a family friend whos daughter went there for years & they were very happy with them as well) & would highly recommend them!
My son only went here for 2 months, and it was more than I could stand. I am giving it 2 stars since his main teacher was nice and they were cheap, but everything else about it was bad. Rundown, overcrowded building, no security or locks, rarely anyone was manning the front desk, and when there were issues (which there were plenty) they made it clear they were not happy to help and didn't know what they were doing. Children wandering the halls. They also broke several laws pertaining to child to teacher ratios in the morning. They would frequently pull the front desk/admin lady in as a floater to try to get closer to the ratio, but that lady had zero interest in interacting with the children and would ignoring crying children (definitely not a qualified group leader) or leave the room. My son hated going, and when I went to pick him up I would find him just standing around bored and desperate to see me (rather than interacting with the toys or adult in the room). At his new daycare, he is always is happily playing when I arrive. I counted 16 separate violations of the RULES REGULATING CHILD CARE CENTERS code, but I was afraid to report all their numerous code violations for fear of retribution against my son.I doubt they have cleaned up their act, so just avoid this place.
I really appreciated them fixing my flat on short notice last week! They really saved my life! I don't know how I would've gotten to work without their help!
This shop is easily overlooked because of the location and neighborhood, but it is like finding a diamond in a haystack! You would not expect the level of expertise and professionalism in this area, but the owner, Kenny, is surely one of the best mechanics and one of the most honest people I have met. Highly recommend to anyone looking for honesty and quality in their car work!
I brought my car in because it was hesitating and had a check engine light on. After 1 day I was told that it was a air intake hose had a crack in it. Well about $500.00 later I got my car back (after they had charged someone else's credit card for my bill by mistake) and low and behold the belt was squealing (which it was not doing that before) and the problem was still not fixed. I took it back to them and they informed me that as far as my belt I would have to replace it myself even though it was not making a sound until Service Street mechanics touched it and that my actual problem in my car was a catalytic converter. I was told that my cat could not be replaced with a universal catalytic converter and it had to be the highest priced part from the dealer and that they could have the part there the next day. I called multiple dealerships and the price of that part was 50% less than the quote from Service Street and that it would take these dealerships 2-3 days to get the part in. All in all Service Street told me that in order to replace my cat it would have to be another $1,500.00 with $900.00 of that being the price of the catalytic converter. I thought that was absurd and have taken my car to actual exhaust shops and each of them quoted me $250.00-$300.00 for the total service including the UNIVERSAL catalytic converter. THIS SHOP IS A SCAM!!!!!!! YOU RIP PEOPLE OFF OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY BECAUSE YOU ALL ARE TO LAZY TO WORK HARD FOR YOURS!!!! I know a lot of people in the Thornton area and have told them how exactly this shop conducts business.
This shop is high quality and beat out the competition in how much they charged for labor by a lot. They kept their price at estimate and taught me important things about my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this shop, especially if you have a Toyota like I do.
The store is very clean and organized giving an emmediate thumbs up, the owner is very respectful and great. This is a wonderful place to go to.

I was working on a job site for a contractor who's client used there plumbing services. I as a well seasoned laborer and once a nonowner of a company know the all around workings of construction and business in this state as well as others. Knowing what i know and seeing what Braveheart Con over came in such a disorganized mess of a remodel i was quite impressed which in my short life means alot. all around awesome company for every cent.
