Martinizing Dry Cleaning

This was my 1st time to take my husbands uniforms and my dress slacks... The fact they open @ 6:30 that was good for me the prices were steep for pressing and the evening crew were Morgans!!!! I won't be going back

horrible!! the prices are horrible and the quality is the horendous they ruined a work suit of mine. broke off two bottons and said it wasn't their fault. this was an ann taylor 300.00 suit!!!!!!this business should be shut down!!!

I will never use this cleaning service again. I was getting a dress cleaned for a wedding. I drove well out of my way 3 times to pick it up and every time it wasn't ready. They did not get the spots out the first time, and actually added stains to the dress EVERY time it was cleaned. I was not able to wear the dress to the wedding. I was also told that a manager would call me and after a week I had to call them and I am now being told that because they redid it so many times that I cannot get a refund. I will never use this chain again, nor will I recommend it to anyone else.

Immediately when you walk into the store there is a sign that says "It's right. It's ready. Or it's free." This statement is also on all of their documents and flyers as well. As I came to find out, this is just a catchy saying, not a statement this company believes in. First, most of the shirts we had dry cleaned were not "right". They always came back with wrinkles from the pressing machine. Second, this is not a fair or well-organized institution. Everytime this dry cleaner made a mistake on my order, I was expected to pay for it. The employees at this institution are unsympathetic and incompetent, which is not totally their fault, because they are under the supervision of a completely unprofessional manager. As a word to the wise, if you are a competent and proficient person, and you like to work with people that are efficient and effective, I would start looking for a different dry cleaner

I have used this cleaners since they opened, I have a very particular boyfriend and he sings in a band. They have cleaned both our suits and my formal dresses and have done a wonderful job. I recently had alterations done on one of his suits and they got it done and back to me on time. I had one issue but they did the best they could to resolve it and for that I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks so much for great service.
