        I took my car in for one new t...

        I took my car in for one new tire and an oil change which everything went fine with until the mechanic broke something. The car wouldn't turn off. Odd.



        I dropped my car off, did some errands and when I came back they asked if the headlights turn off. I said, "Yes they are automatic and turn on and off by themselves." One counter guy said to the other, "The tech should know that." The oil change and tire finished, he drove me car around, and that's when it wouldn't turn off. They asked me if there was a special way to turn it off. I said, "No. Isn't this the 3rd time he's driving it? Hasn't he already turned it off?" Needless-to-say I had to leave my car there for them to figure it out. The next day they finally realized what it was that the tech broke, fixed it (but never took responsibility for it), and even tried to charge me full retail for the part. Since I got a new part for my car I am fine paying the cost price but not the retail price. They didn't lower it to cost and they didn't charge me labor of course.



        I won't go back. Plus the customer in front of me was back again because they forgot to put transmission fluid back into the transmission and air pressure back into the breaks. Yikes!
