        If there was 0 stars, I would give it to her (this review is for Deborah & not for allstate). Over the 3-4 years we worked with her, we never liked Deborah, but we did like her employees. She is rude and extremely deceptive. To get an actual quote, we provided the vin number for our possible purchase. I would understand if the quote was off a $5-$10 a month, but it was was $66 more than the quote for the first 4 months and $11 more a over the quote. When we called her out on it, she came up with some excuse about having to charge us for the 2 months we didn't even had the car, but we paid on the car we traded in. This is the 2nd time we purchased a new car with these results. This was the last straw, there was several other items under our auto and homeowners policies that deceptive and misleading.



        BEWARE: their prices and coverages might sound better, but there is always something she is not telling you. You would be better off working with someone else from allstate.
