Crap Land

I traveled by car from California to Thornton Colorado I had reservations at Crap land hotel. I ended up getting there early. The middle of the night. My res was from the 21st to the 23rd I arrived the 21st again it was early in the morning. I was wiped out I drove straight there. I thought I would take a chance and decided to see If I could get an early check in went in and met a very nice lady. Wish I remembered her name. She said sure I can do that for you. I thought that was cool. But when the 22nd came I got a knock at the door wondering if I'm going to stay or not. I thought that was strange seeing I had a res. I said yes I'm staying. Then 20 minutes later the phone rings its mellissa from the front desk saying if I stay I owe for that day. I told her I have already paid. She said no you checked in early I said yes I got an early check in she said no you didn't I said yes I did. Then she said you have to pay and I started getting mad and she said and I quote " get out I'm calling the police." she said it like she has said it before meaning I bet she has pissed a lot of people off with her little attitude. I went right down to the office and asked what does early check in mean to you? She said that was are night person and she this and she that. I said does she work for Crap Land hotel she said yes I said well then you say one thing and mean another. I said it was only a few hours early what's it to you really. Well I ended up saying I will never come here again if you cant keep your commitment of the night person she said" good don't come back." The manager even said no deal. Her name I think is Shallamar. Well let me tell you Shallamar your employees are a reflection of you. You suck as a manager and should be fired. It was a few hours and when one employee says one thing to a customer you honor that. Or how about do your job and train them. You are getting paid right? That night person should have said if you check in at this time you will be charged for the 22nd but she didn't so it was an early check in. If I owned that hotel I would fire all of you but not the night person she is what I would want for my customers. treat people right and the come back. That's good business. If the owner of this hotel is reading this I say to you clean house and take out the trash. For one you will never see my money again and I'm sure you losing a lot more.
