When the A/C is not working, tempers are under the surface and irritability is high, so what a pleasant surprise to actually have a pleasant experience with Dara.

I came home after a long day at work, only to find that I had water leaking from my kitchen ceiling and pooling on my 100 year old wood floors! Needless to say, I was devastated. Brother’s was the only plumbing company I could find to come after hours without charging a mint. Charles the technician was speedy in his arrival and thank goodness for that! He thoroughly investigated the problem. Although he had to open my ceiling, he made as small of a hole as possible, which I greatly appreciated. Charles was super friendly! I can’t thank Brothers enough for making a terrible situation, a lot easier to deal with!

We were very pleased in the manner in which Mr. Scott addressed our problems and how courteous he was. We just moved here not long ago, but if anyone we meet we’ll sure give them Brother’s #.

We have used you guys for 5 years now and every time we call you, from the moment someone picks up the phone to schedule our appointment, to the time that someone calls back to check on the work, we are treated with kindness and respect. We always know that we will not be taken advantage of and that every person who comes to our home will be qualified and will be nice and polite. My wife has been sick and she is in the hospital, which is where I am heading right now, but I wanted to take the time to tell you that you made a difficult time for us a little easier. You are so easy to work with and I appreciate that we have recommended you to at least 50-75 people in the last 5 years and we will continue to recommend you in the future. Thank you for all you do.
