These guys are great. Definitely worth a high rating on all fronts--prompt arrival, excellent communication by all personnel, options with pros and cons for each, and a thorough test of the work before leaving. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!

We have used Brothers for plumbing and heating issues. Steve S. has helped us on a couple occasions, and would love to have him be the one to help us every time! He is very informative, knowledgeable and efficient. No trying to push jobs or products and hiking the cost up. Always tries to find the least expensive way to get the job done, which is very helpful since my husband has just run into some health issues. Will definitely recommend to others.

6 STARS +. Brothers Plumbing is one of those unique family owned and operated companies that simply do the right thing to the best of their ability. I don't think you can find a more honest group of people. Their expertise and reliability is second to none. I have had multiple experiences with them and each time, received first class service at a fair price. If it is important to have someone you can trust come to your home or business to fill a problem, I would HIGHLY recommend Brothers.

DO NOT USE Brothers! Once they get your $45 to come out they quote a price two or three times higher than others.

Do not use... $500 quote for 30 minutes of work to install a hose bib. Not for me, but was refreshing to see that the gentleman could look me in the eye and tell me the cost with a straight face. Good luck. Only one star since it won't let you give none by the way...

Don't recommend them. They tried to charge me $900 to replace a $15 sharkbite.

If you want to pay almost triple what other companies charge then this is a place for you.I tried to get a quote to replace a water heater and had to pay them $79 to come out and give me a $2,700 quote for a new water heater. What a RIP OFF. I then called 3 other companies in the yellow pages and all of them gave me a FREE quote over the phone and all 3 where under $995 with the exact same "6year" warranty. No reason to charge over $1,700 more than everyone else when the water heater is only $300-$450 and it only takes 2 hours to install it. Call around you will save yourself ALOT of money by calling someone else. I paid only $925 (including 6year warranty) for EVERYTHING that Brothers Plumbing & Heating wanted to charge me $2,700.
