I would not recommend this gym to anyone. Most of the staff are great but one person name Sonya ruined it for everyone. I had to call in regard to my account I don't even know who she is she's just the lady that answered the phone. She put me down degraded and insulted me and then she was too busy to talk to me when I was only trying to change the my bank account information so that they will have the right information on file and quit continuing to charge the wrong account. Very unprofessional very rude and very condescending. Calling me who holds a masters degree in business just a little girl who doesn't pay her bills. When would I was doing was calling to pay my bill. She's quick to speak but she will not listen to what you really need.

While Fitness 19 may be a good organization my experience with this particular gym has been one massive headache. This location on 128th and Holly has terrible customer service from management. I was current on my dues and then for some reason was made inactive. I realize that human mistakes happen so I went in and spoke with the owner to get the situation resolved. They did take care of me, even go so far as to lower my dues which was fantastic! I gave them my checking account information for the dues to come out every month and thought I was good to go. Imagine my surprise when the very next month I got a phone call from them saying that they had no account information on file for me. Somehow someone there lost my checking account information including my routing number and my account number. This was, to say the least, a huge problem for me. So I decided to go elsewhere. After a 3 month battle I went in to finally sign the paperwork to quit the gym. I owed back dues and then they tacked on another 45 in service charges. I have not used this gym since January. I realize that my contract says I will pay dues and I had no problem with this but the way the manager handled the situation yesterday was unacceptable. She was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my entire life and talked to me as if I was an idiot incapable of understanding basic information. I have never been treated so badly in my life.
Absolutely appalled by this place. I joined this place years ago, big mistake. Absolutely appalled by the customer service and CAN NOT believe how badly they ripped me off. When I finally did get to speak with someone, they said that I had lied about cancelling my membership over a year ago and refused to refund, having charged me for the last 4 months. Beware of this place. They don't care how they get your money, as long as they get it. You're much better off joining a club that doesn't require an extended membership.
This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I signed up years ago to do Zumba classes. The place is ghetto and the machines are old. I did a 3 year contract and when I moved a year later, I called to cancel because I would no longer be in the area. I was told I couldn't. A couple of months later, my debit card got renewed and their payments stop going through. They called but I wasn't going to give them my new card number. 4 years later, I get served with paperwork that I owe them $1600! I can't get out of it and am making $200/month payments to pay it off. Are you kidding me? You guys are pieces of ****. Scandalous, greedy bastards. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
this is an OLD club with OLD machines that they do NOT keep up its worth it to join a professional club. this club is not worth it go in & you can tell its usually empty. they are nice at first but once they get you are ignored the staff is usually on the phone.
