TWO THUMBS DOWN!!!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. DOES NOT RATE A SINGLE STAR. There is not a support staff, just the owner with very poor organizational skills. Never experienced this kind of customer service before. Super nice during the initial call but from then on it goes down hill as previous customers have experienced. I wasted 3 days of vacation during this last month for the scheduled and rescheduled appointments. He has a list of excuses for each crew no show and you will not get a response when you call or text. Additionally he will attempt to change furnace manufactures, with less features/capacities, at a lower cost to him with same cost to you. I contacted Goodman MFG and was told there is no way for them to remove Rocky Mountain Air Systems from their list of dealers/service providers. Cannot imagine how poor the warrantee services must be!!! Please look elsewhere; the frustration is not worth it. Parker, CO

Installed broken/defective AC unit in May, 2016. No call no show for appointments. Won't pick up the phone, won't call back to reschedule. If somehow picks up the phone he would promise to be there and never comes. Tried to deal with him multiple times. We have 1 year repair and service agreement with the installation contract. Wouldn't honor that.Completely unprofessional. Left my family in 85 degree house to suffer. Had to go through the other company for help and diagnostics. DON'T TRUST THAT THIEF!!!!!I ll be writing a complaint to the proper authorities in Denver Metro area as well about his business.
Terrible customer service. 2 appointments no show no call. When I call back, they won't answer until I call from a different number, then they promise a call back to see if they can make it and never hear back from them. They took my husband serious the first time but not me. I guess they are a great example of "you get what you pay for"... I just don't understand why can't they just tell me they won't be able to provide the service and stop waiting my time! Not recommended, we won't be using their services ever again!!
No call no show. Did not answer or respond to my calls and vm. Seemed nice when scheduled appt., but definitely dropped the ball. Ended up calling a local HVAC tech from Craigslist.
Don't bother scheduling an appointment they won't show up on time and theb cancel the appointment when you try to hold the accountable. Find some else you will be much happier in the long run.
