The company also provides the shipping and delivery services. Its Kmart Photo Centers offer free prints, online photo and album sharing, uploading, editing and enhancement services. In addition, some of the company s stores offer gift cards of several denominations. Kmart is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sears Holdings Corporation. The company operates more than 1,400 stores in all 50 U.S. states, as well as Puerto Rico. Kmart also sells its products through its Web site. The company employs more than 133,000 associates. Kmart maintains a location in Thorndale, Pa.
