Overall

Purchased a 2014 Dodge Dart for my daughter from this dealership. They charged her for free oil changes, never fixed check engine light and allowed the tires to bald without recommending new tires after the oil change/tire rotations. I will NEVER go to this place again!



I understand that as the driver my daughter should be responsible for the tires but the "professionals" did an overall check and didn't advise. It was too many problems with a new vehicle!!!

My wife and I just bought a 2015 GMC Sierra from Tommy Jackson at Thomson Motor Centre, I have bought many vehicles from numerous dealerships over the years. I have never really enjoyed the whole sales process, but Tommy made the entire transaction not only painless but seamless as well. He had the Truck detailed and all the paperwork ready to be signed when we arrived, just like we requested. Everyone at the dealership was not only professional but down right genuine when it came to customer service. I absolutely got the impression that they really appreciated our business. They have earned my business and now my loyalty by providing an exceptional Truck buying experience. We will definitely be returning and referring our friends and family to Thomson Motor Centre to do business with Tommy Jackson. Thanks Again, Wyatt and Vickie Bryan

I cannot thank Thompson CDJR enough. Thank you! Due to a recent accident my BMW was totaled. I did my best to replace my car by trying to be loyal to BMW. The dealerships just couldn't give me what I wanted. I couldn't even get a car I wanted with Mercedes. All our cars are foreign. I wanted a few things standard. I didn't want each and every option an extra...I came to Thompson because I had a Chrysler once, a 1996 Dodge Stratus I drove for 13 years. I wondered if Chrysler could sell me a new, reliable car. Thompson did it! I have everything I wanted and more in this car! I love it! I bought a 2016 300S. Thanks to Mr. Tommy Jackson I experienced a painless and seamless process. I appreciated his patience and professionalism. I was driving my new car in Just a few hours. Mr. Jackson even returned my rental car for me so I could ride my new car home. Thompson is 30 minutes from Ft. Gordon. I don't even mind. My car will be taken care of for all my services at Thompson CDJR. Thanks for everything! Happy New Year!

Was in the market for new Truck. (4th Dodge) I went to Thomson. Was shown one I fell in love with. (Loaded) Then told they couldn't work that but had a cheaper one that would work. So i looked at it and it was nice. By the time my head was finished spinning, I was paying as much for this as for the other. I was a little confused. Still trying to take everything in due to all my cancer meds I'm on. (i get a little confused) It's called (Chemo Brain) Well when all was said and done and I got home I had to sleep. I received a call in the morning. They needed me to come back and resign some papers and add my wife. (May have realized the confusion) We went back, I noticed they were adding more interest points on the contract. After fussing they did take one off, but I didn't notice they added months to the loan!. Well. When my old truck was paid off, I received a letter from my bank releasing interest in the GAP insurance. It stated I could call and get the remainder of it. When I called, I found out Thomson called the day before and took my Gap insurance check. I did not release it to them. Which for them to get I was supposed to sign a release from my bank to them. They would not refund it to me. I would not buy a vehicle from them again. I would always note on any deal if you have GAP insurance, YOU want it returned to you. It is a hidden bonus to the dealer. ALso if you buy GAP. DO NOT WASTE EXTRA MONEY ON ETCH WARRANTY. IT IS A RIP OFF OF A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS once you read it. Before you purchase. Spend a little on triple A. YOU can get bids from Dealers to bring the car you want to you. No admin charges. If you don't get one of those, you can use those bids to know you are getting a fair price. DO NOT BUY THE FIRST CAR YOU LIKE!!!

Service, Service, Service

I was in the market for a new vehicle. After looking at a few dealerships around Augusta, I decided to give Thomson Dodge a call. They put me through Mike Crook, who was not only helpful but made sure that all of my needs were met. The atmosphere is very friendly, almost like you are apart of the family from the moment you walk in the door.

The car I was looking for was not available on the lot at the time, end of the month. Not once did Mike try to steer me to another vehicle. He did however make sure I was able to sit in and drive a very comparable model. The only difference was that I wanted the Blacktop Package.

This is my first new car purchase, but I have purchased from dealerships in the past and this was by far the BEST SERVICE EVER. They located my car for me and had it there in less than 24 hrs!!!

I highly recommend speaking with Mike Crook if you are in the market for a vehicle, but anyone there would be glad to help you and I am confident you would receive the same great service that I did.

Poor Customer Service

This dealership was not very helpful when I called and the receptionist would not give me any info and said everyone was busy.
