On Friday, July 28, 2017, I visited It's Fashion Metro in Thomson after I could not find a particular skirt in the Augusta store in my size. Upon entering the store, I noticed how hot it was. At first, I assumed that it was just me after walking in from the heat outside. Luckily, I found the my skirt in the right size; however, the longer I continued to shop, the hotter it became and I began to perspire. I questioned the staff only to learn that the air was not properly working in the store. This issue is of major concern to me due to potential health problems for the customers and the staff, too. I was not coerced into commenting on this issue, but I am seriously concerned about people shopping and working in these conditions. My shopping experience was limited because I was sweating the more I moved around. I hope that this issue is resolved as soon as possible to make shopping and working in this particular store more comfortable. I made the choice to leave, but the staff working there had no choice if they needed their jobs.
