From coordinating on-site car rental or towing, to working with your insurance company, Autobody Advantage will work with you assure your repair is a smooth and stress free process. All it takes is one visit to Autobody Advantage to understand that it is different than its corporate competitors. Walking into the Autobody Advantage Thompson’s Station feels more like entering a comfortable coffee shop or a close friend’s family room than a collision repair and mechanical service facility. From the large sofas and shining hardwood floors, to the model trains that line the walls, it’s clear that Autobody Advantage wants their customers to feel at ease. “Our stores were designed and furnished with the understanding that over 50 percent of our customers are women and we want to provide an atmosphere that is appealing and comfortable.” says Dawn. This close attention to each detail of their customers’ individual situations is why Autobody Advantage has seen their business grow significantly each year since their inception in 2008, when their first shop opened in Spring Hill. That location was so successful that Grimes opened their Thompson’s Station location in 2011 and expanded its range of services to include mechanical service and repair in January of this year. “We are extremely excited to be able to offer these new services and hope that by bringing the same level of expertise and high quality to our mechanical side, these new services will be an added advantage for our customers.” says Jim. This means that Autobody Advantage can perform everything from collision repair to service diagnostics (check engine light), engine repair, transmissions, brakes, cooling system, ignition systems, alignments, as well as regular maintenance such as oil changes, and fluid checks. Autobody Advantage employs highly-qualified, master certified technicians and professionals in all areas of the company. “The guys that work here have worked at large companies in Franklin and Nashville. We pride ourselves in offering home-town friendly service with big-city quality.” says Jim. Jim is deeply invested in Spring Hill and Thompson’s Station. He has served on the Board for Maury Alliance, and for four years (including one year as Chairman), on the Board for the Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce . Jim currently serves as the Chairman of the Spring Hill Economic Development Commission.
