Worst experience with customer service from the pharmacy I have ever experienced. I called to let them know I had a refill with express scripts. Express scripts would not transfer the prescription because they no longer are our provider. CVS would have to call them and talk to the express script pharmacist to transfer. When I showed up the pharmacists says you didn't have a refill with CVS Caremark, I said "I know" it is with express scripts and you have to call them. The pharmacist said "I called your doctor for a refill". I said that I have one with express scripts but you have to call them. The pharmacist Mark said I don't have their number. So you want me to go home and get the number, yes he says or you can buy it over the counter. So I could either pay $20.00 dollars to buy it over the counter or wait until tomorrow for my Doctor to fax the new prescription at a cost of an additional $10.00 dollars charged to me. Thanks for nothing "Mark". I think I'll choose another pharmacy to go to.
DO NOT go to this Minute Clinic!!!! It is a waste of money! She told me to take ibuprofen and I would get better. The upper respiratory infection she said would get better spread to 2 severe ear infections that took 3 rounds of antibiotics to heal! I missed a flight for WORK because of it! Go anywhere else but here!
