Never been to your franchise before and will NEVER go to it AGAIN. In fact told about 80 people today that if they want to waste money, the need to visit the Cheesecake Factory. (I am a marketer and work with financial advisors all over the US). Your Woodlands location managed to totally ruin 2 high school graduates’ BIG day. We arrived at the restaurant approx 6:00 Saturday night after a Graduation - drove an hour from the ceremony all the way to the Cheesecake Factory as one of the Graduates thought it would put an awesome ending to a special day. We were a party of 11 and when we registered was told that we are the only large party. Our wait was quoted as being 40 minutes. After about 1 hour, I went to check on the wait as we should have been seated, asked the manager working the sign in’s and was told he is busy but to ask his “girl” behind the computer screen as she would be able to assist. The girl told me that we have been there an hour, but had at least another 40 minutes and that we were quoted 1 hour and 40 minutes when we came in. Yeah right, we would wait close to 2 hours with 2 elderly grand parents, if we could walk 2 minutes and go to a choice of at least 4 other restaurants without a wait at all!!!!! When I asked her if the table where we are supposed to be seated have received their food yet, her reply was that she has not been “back there” for over 2 hours. That the table should leave within the next 40 minutes, making our wait close to 2 hours. Being that the manager brushed me off and was more interested in “playing” with the employees, I went and sit down for the last stretch. We saw a couple of large parties being seated and decided to confront the same manager as to how they seat parties that arrived well after us well before we were seated. He became quite cocky and must have been absent the day “customer service and the guest is always right” was thought. He told us that the “big top” where we were going to be seated had their food and should be done within the allotted wait time. The experience in a nutshell, rude manager, bathrooms with NO toilet paper, 8 of the 11 seated for 20 minutes before the last 3 was seated. All the food except 2 of the guest served, last 2 served when rest of guests done with their meals. My meal was horrible, no seasoning and the sauce watery, definitely not prepared correct. My goal is to tell at least 20 people a day that a disastrous expensive meal is only to be found at the Factory, and if you want quality with a good experience, DO NOT DARE VENTURE INTO THAT JUNGLE!!!!! Go back to the drawing board and educate your managers to care about their guests as the lack of interested showed – we got the distinct impression that the wait quote was way off, I guess being greedy will do that to you. We spent $300 on food, total tab with tip and all was $349.98 – expensive mistake that will NEVER be duplicated.

We went to the Cheesecake Factory for a special dinner for out of town family and, as always, everyone enjoyed it. The favorite of choices on the menu is great for a group where everyone likes different items. And the desserts are a perfect ending to a great meal.

This is a wonderful restaurant to have have a meal. The portions are huge and the food is delicious. The atmosphere can't be beat. It's located right on the Woodlands Waterway. Don't forget to have some of their famous cheesecake for dessert. Yummy!
