06/21/2018 around 1000. Went to this TB & ordered Taco salads from the drive-thru. It began to rain and the 'shelter' over the service window is just large enough to have the rain pour in the driver side window. Suggested they get a larger overhang to protect from the rain, was told they could not afford to do so. The boxes for the salads have virtullay no structural integrity when dry, let alone in high humidty. They should either imporove the containers or serve the containers in a plastic bag. Will not be returning to this TB.
This place sucks... I have never gotten such bad service. I'm 16 and I work at a restaurant and to be treated like this is terrible. This is one of the worst BKs I have ever been to. We ordered six meals we only got 5 fries and at first 5 drinks and when we said we had 6 drinks the cashier rolled her eyes and then gave us the cup. I had to wait 30 mins for my chicken fries when everyone else got their food... They forgot my BBQ sauce and when I went up to ask for some the cashier obviously ignored me.... I am done with this place. Worst service ever!
SHOCKINGLY BAD.This Burger King must be where all the rejects from the other stores go. How could one fast food restaurant be completely clueless in every aspect of their jobs. NEVER AGAIN will i go back there.
Burger King use to be my favorite fast food restaurant. But the last three times have made me determine that I need to take my business elsewhere. If something happens once, then it may just be a mistake. But waiting for food at the drive thru for a half an hour three times over a six month span is unacceptable. The Burger King in the Villages on 466 has been awful! All three times they have messed up my order, not had the chicken sandwich that I wanted, and have made people wait for way too long at the drive thru. All three of those things should never happen. Whoever does the inventory should make the necessary adjustments and running out of frequently ordered items should never happen. That is just a poor job by management. Not only that, but management should also be taking a look as to why things are operating slowly at the drive thru. At my job, when something isn't working well, I make adjustments, and that should be happening constantly at a place that has customers. I have never written a review before, but I find the quality of this place to be horrendous. I know that I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I try NOT to go through their drive through, but sometimes it's my only option. The staff is very unprofessional and dirty looking. The orders are ALWAYS wrong and it airways looks like all the workers are fooling around in the back. I hate this place.
WAS JUST AT THE BURGER KING CR466, THE VILLAGES, FLA. WENT TO THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW AND WAITED 18 MINUTES FOR 2 FISH SANDWICHES. NEVER GOT THE SWEET POT. FRIES, NEVER GOT THE BARBQUE SAND. OR ONION RINGS. TOTAL OF MY BILL WAS $19.02. I AM ABOUT 15 MINUTES AWAY OR ELSE I WOULD HAVE GONE BACK. LEFT A MESSAGE AT THAT BURGER KING AND THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME ABOUT MY ORDER DISASTER. THIS WAS A HORROIBLE EXPERIENCE. NO STAR RATING.......
