BEWARE! BAIT AND SWITCH - Wow! Never have a seen such an openly fraudulent operation. My family reserved a car in April through Priceline for $199. A few days after returning the car (which was checked by the manager, Ryan), I was billed by this location for over $316. When I got the itemized invoice mailed to me after our trip, it showed a gross increase in the weekly rate from our reservation contract. When I disputed the charge with my bank, Enterprise’s accountant produced an invoice showing I agreed beforehand to these escalated charges. I never saw an invoice until after our trip was over. The only thing I initialed on an LCD pad was the authorization of the $250 damage deposit, that would "fall off" my account after a proper return. It looks like they cut and pasted my initials into this new invoice. Priceline tells me this is completely unacceptable and are investigating as well. Every time I call the location, the manager tells me they are “too busy to talk” and that they will get back to me. They never have. My bank is continuing to work with me to get the money I was overcharged back and are helping me open up a formal complaint for FRAUD. I will also be contacting Pam Bondi’s office at the Attorney General, as well as the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully this saves someone else from getting taken advantage of. AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!!

After a little issue with getting the car I wanted, the customer service rep was awesome in addressing my issue. He was patient and understood why I needed a particular vehicle. The car I leased was wonderful and met my needs. I will definitely rent from this location again.
I was surprised by some folks who had a negative experience at this office. My experience was quite different. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. I received a phone call 10 minutes prior to my home pickup. Car was clean and ready. Drop-off could not have been any easier. They also drove me home. What more could I ask for? A perfect experience.
I will rent from Enterprise again, but I will not return from The Villages Location again! Myself and my husband felt like we were less important because we did not live in The Villages. My husband became so upset he had to walk out to calm himself. I have never felt less important then anyone before but they did a good job of making us feel less then important on this experience.Also, the person next to me asked if they needed to show proof of insurance and the person she was talking to said no we just need to know to know the company and deductible. Then I am standing there working with the person I was with and they looked at me after knowing I clearly heard the person next to me and said I needed to show proof of insurance. Even though I had it I refused if no one else at this counter does I do not need to provide it. Then when we got to the car and they kept pushing the extra insurance, pushing by almost using scare tactics like you will be responsible 100% for this car for everything 100%. I got that the two other times you told me at the counter.
