We visit Culver's as often as we can. ALL the food we've had was excellent. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. It's cooked to order, so all food is fresh and hot. They bring your food to you and it's very relaxing. The burgers are quality meat cuts and really delicious. No reservations, plenty of parking, kid friendly, and easy access. We love Culver's!
I purchased a 12 piece family meal on Wednesday or Thursday of last week and bit into a wing and the wing was spoiled (rotten to be exact). I took it back up to them and ask to speak to the manager which wasn't there but the person that I did speak to (Vicky) just said "it smell like something …
I always get the New York hot dogs, they are really good. I've never had any problems with the food, or the service, and they are always friendly. Great for grabbing a slushie with your friends
The fries were cold. The burger was luke warm and the kids meal chicken tenders were hot but tasted like fried nothingness. I'd already pulled away and was unable to return to the store. Check your food before you leave or consider other options.
Wow, are you kidding me? Pancake batter in the onion rings? Really? I went for a Chicago hotdog and decided to try the onion rings because in the past they have been some of the very best--now the worst!!!! Who made that decision???? They used to be light and fluffy, not now! Don't order them unless you want pancake flavored onion rings and want to gain 100 lbs....if you do, be sure and ask for syrup! Now, let's talk about the Chicago hotdog....Really! If I could attach a pic of the hotdog itself here, I would. It was smaller than my index finger--smaller than any hotdog I've ever had...it was all bread. For $7.11 for 2 hotdogs and onion rings, I should have sent it back and gone somewhere else. What is going on here? Will not eat here again. I am seriously surprised at the decline. Chicago hotdogs are too simple to make---how can they be screwed up?
The food (family fish dinner) was fresh and hot. The service and customer care was exceptional.
