About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

This is the worse place ever! They don't understand English and you will have a hard time understand them. They charged me before my inspection was done and told me that it failed because I was missing a stud & lug nuts on my tire. I called around and found out that shouldn't have failed me. They was going to charge me $150.00 for labor and another $50 for parts. I'm sorry but I'm not a fool like they were trying to make me out to be. I got the parts from auto zone for a total of $5.00. I shouldn't have been charged before my inspection, the lady at the counter told me that it's state law that they charge you first. I'm sorry but that's like going into Walmart and paying before you get your items. I told them I know my laws and NO it's not a law. I have been going to this place for awhile but I am sure to tell you now, I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. I will be sending a letter to the BBB regarding this matter. WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T GO HERE!!

I had a bad experience with Mobil 1's customer service. I had been taking my trucks/cars to them for oil change/inspection for more than 3 years. During a routine inspection, the owner waved me to the vehicle and explained that the registration sticker and inspection sticker were in the wrong place. I told them they were the only ones to have touched the stickers in years. He told me that "In his shop, he knows more than the customer" and that the sticker problem was "my fault". This aggressive stance took me a off-guard. After again telling him that his shop was the only one to touch the sticker in years, he said "After today, you don't do business here anymore and that no one tells him what to do in his shop." He then assembled the stickers, in the wrong order, and told me to "pay and leave" and then approached me to within 6" as if to physically threaten (doesn't make sense-> he is a rather small man). Perhaps he had a bad day, but I cannot imagine a worse way to treat a customer. I will not do business with them again and recommend that you also find a different service provider.
