The people that work there are nice but I feel like some acted a little upitty. They knew when I came i n that I had NO insurance and I was a cash paying customer. They wanted me to undergo some testing because I am a type 2 diabetic and then after the testing they said I owed them over $300!! I was mad. They did not tell me how much these test where going to be or how extensive they where going to be. I told them I couldn't afford to give them all my bill money and Dr. Fenton came over & I asked him if I could pay some now & make a payment plan because they did not tell me this testing was going to be so expensive. And he said No and said I could not leave uintil I paid them. I drove home in tears and tell everyone to avoid them and there scamming ways.

Very dissapointed

I got contacts that I couldn't read with. They went backwards instead of forward on the perscription. When I told the Doctor he told me to go ahead & try them & if I wasn't happy he would buy them back. In the mean time I had to spend another $300. at another eye Doctors to get contacts that I could see out of. When I took the unused contacts I had left back Fenton told me that since I had opened the boxes I couldn't get my money back. I explaned that he was the one that told me to try them. He said he couldn't give the money back because he couldn't use them. "" Neather can I""
