I would NEVER take my pets to Pet Smart's groomers again!!! I took one of my Cocker Spaniels for a cut for summer and when I came back, they had shaved the hair off completely in several places! It took several months for it to grow out enough to have it cut somewhere else to even it up. The woman's excuse was that she didn't have the proper clipper attachment, so instead of calling me or using the next one LONGER, she went with a shorter one, but that doesn't excuse the bare spots she left on my beautiful red Cocker! The only redeeming factor is that when I talked to the store manager, in tears, I was refunded the money I had paid.
