        I ordered a part over the phone and spent 15 minutes describing EXACTLY what i needed, and I mean EXACTLY. I was told the part was $40 and shipping was $15. Terryville sent a part that was COMPLETELY wrong. I called and was told to send it back and that the part I actually needed was no longer available. So I sent it back at my cost of $13.87.

        So now I have a total of $68.87 expended just to get a part that is COMPLETELY WRONG and has wasted the better part of a week! Terryville would only refund me the original cost of the part, $40. So I am out of pocket $28.87 in shipping both ways for Terryvilles mistake and they could not care less. And that is why they should be avoided, they simply could not care less.
