Timbers at the Park Apartments

Worst customer service ever! I always pay my rent via their website and have NEVER been late. January 1st I go onto the website to pay my rent but the only charge showing is for my water usage. January 2nd the site is still only showing my water. January 3rd and still the only charge is for my water. I figured that with it being a holiday weekend that maybe the site was late with updating their info. So I paid my water bill since that was the only charge showing. January 4th at 7am I check the site again and still no charge for my rent. As of the 4th rent is considered late. My husband calls me at work about 5pm and says that we have been evicted due to non payment of rent and must be out by the 7th! I called the apartments and spoke to Shonda whom I assume is their idea of a manager and tried to explain that their pymt site hadn't posted my rent charge as of that morning but of course at 5pm it was showing and included a late charge. She informed me that I knew what the amount if my rent was monthly and all I had to do was enter the amount I wanted to pay and a credit would appear until the rent charge got posted to the website. OK, I didn't know I could do that! Shonda was so rude! So I paid my rent online and now I don't want to renew my lease when the time comes! I can't believe that a company would evict someone for being 1 day past the due date! And to make matters worse when we first moved in to these apartments I told them something was wrong with the a/c because the unit never shut off and it was hot as hell inside. The maintenance guy said it was because we were upstairs. When I got my electric bill it was $600 for my little 2 bedroom apartment. I demanded something be done so the maintenance guy came back out and this time replaced the thermostat and now I have a normal bill! Now if I can just get them to fix the leak from the drip pan overflow from the a/c that drips 24/7 into the bathtub! The duck tape the maintenance guy fixed it with worked for about 3 hours!!!!! Really!!! Duck tape?????? I rest my case!

this comp suck,s they call me an tell me they have new moving special that every thing will be cover for $299 adm fee appl fee and water fee every thing they ask me to bring a money order next day they call me and toll me i was not a aprove and they did not give me my money back .that who they make a living stilling from people realy disapointed.
